Both the Wading River and West Street Facilities feed the same distribution system. However, when Wading River is offline, all areas are fed by the West Street plant. Wading River is offline as of September 28, 2022

When Wading River is operational those that live nearer to Wading River receive all or most of their water from that source. These areas include customers in North Attleborough and Mansfield, as well as those Attleboro residents that live in the areas of the Norton town line, and near North Main and Lindsey Streets.
