The City of Attleboro is requesting sealed Proposals for undertaking a Reassessment & Revaluation Program for Certification of all Real and Personal Property Assessments for Fiscal Year 2022. The proposal is to include a full field review program of improved Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Exempt, and Personal Property for FY2022 certification. The Board of Assessors urges interested appraisal companies to review the specifications and submit proposals providing for a comprehensive program in full compliance with established guidelines of the Department of Revenue and the Massachusetts General Laws relating to the taxation of property.
Sealed proposals are due no later than 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2021 to: Attleboro City Hall, Carol Brown, Purchasing Office 2nd Floor, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.
