The City of Attleboro is requesting quotes for the Zero Entry Rehabilitation at Briggs Pool, 36 East Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.
|
* Saw cut and demo entire pebble tec material and any deteriorated concrete so as to get to a solid substrate
|
|
* Remove 8" of concrete below existing hand rail footings
|
|
* Remove and dispose of railing adapter
|
|
* Railings to be modified approximately 8" to allow them to be permanently installed in concrete
|
|
* Power wash substrate as needed
|
|
* Apply bonding agent on substrate as needed
|
|
* Install Sika Quick 1000 with coarse finish over the entire area up to finished grade
|
|
* Any area 2" or more in depth requires pea stone added mix
|
|
* Existing grounding wire must be reattached to hand railings
|
|
* Modified railings are to be installed into 8" minimum of Sika product
|
|
* Prep approximately 80 linear feet of expansion joints on outside of repair area
|
|
* Caulk expansion joints with Sika Flex
|
|
* Replace water features around top perimeter area
|
Quote shall include all permits, labor, materials and warranty (if any). Describe warranty on the quote.
Project must be completed by May 28, 2021.
Work can be performed Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
