The City of Attleboro requests proposals from qualified prospective tenants to lease from the City the premises identified as One O’Donnell Drive, Attleboro, Massachusetts for the operation and/or maintenance of a wireless communication facility and associated equipment and for non-exclusive easements to said Premises for access and installation of utilities. The Premises are available on March 4, 2023, after expiration of the current lease.
The lease is for the purpose of constructing, operating and/or maintaining a wireless communication facility and uses incidental thereto. The Premises presently has a wireless communication tower, one small building and security fence located on it, all of which may remain on the Premises at the expiration of the current lease.
The Premises may be reasonably inspected during business hours by any bidder by making arrangements through Carol Brown, Purchasing , City of Attleboro, Government Center, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703 or at (508) 223-2222 x3262. Any engineering surveys and tests shall be made at the bidder’s own expense and with the prior written approval of the City.
Interested bidders must submit one (1) original written proposal and three (3) copies to the Purchasing Office, City of Attleboro, Government Center, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.
