City of Attleboro’s Swap Shed

 Swap Shed’s hours:

Tuesday & Thursday 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm

Friday & Saturday 9:00 am-1:00 pm

The Swap Shed will be open for operation effective August 1, 2021 and will be monitored by the Recycling Center staff. 

 Acceptable Items: 

• All items must be clean, dry and in good working condition. 
• Household items: dishware, glasses, silverware, pots & pans. 
• Toys, games, puzzles (no broken or missing pieces). 
• Tools: garden, mechanical hand tools, etc. 
• Sports equipment
• Small furniture items in good condition (must fit in building). 

Unacceptable Items: 

Any item that is broken, missing pieces, or not in working condition may not be accepted. Staff will determine final acceptability of any item. 

• Clothing and shoes
• Computer monitors/tv’s
• Hazardous material
• Large appliances
• Upholstered furniture
• Child safety equipment/car seats/cribs
• Mattresses
• Electronics
• Construction materials
• Fabric/linens/pillows/bedding
• Rugs
• Food
