The Recreation Department provides aquatic services for two city-owned pools and the state-owned George I. Spatcher Memorial Pool. City owned pools are the Fred E. Briggs Memorial Pool (East Side) and Twin Village Pool (Dodgeville).

Pool Passes

POOL  PASSES must be purchased to gain entry to the pools and are only available at the pools. Passes must be visibly worn while present and need to be shown at each visit to gain entry.

Attleboro residents may purchase a season pass allowing access to all three pools. State residents may purchase a season pass for the Spatcher Pool. All others must purchase a day pass on each visit.

Family passes are for immediate family members living in the same household only and a maximum of 6 family members. For families requiring more than six passes the individual rate applies for subsequent passes.

Resident Rates

Attleboro Resident rates listed include use of all three pools under the care of the Recreation Department. State residents are charged the Massachusetts Resident rate when using the Spatcher Pool.

Lifeguards

Lifeguards are on duty daily and have the authority to implement departmental policies. Lifeguards have the right to ask patrons to leave if the rules and regulations are not followed. Per state regulations children under the age of 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult and should not be left unattended at any time in the pool area.

Diapers

Baby swim diapers are mandatory. No disposable or cloth diapers are allowed. Proper swim attire must be worn, no cut-off shorts or T-shirts are allowed.

• Closing Day: Friday August 18th, 2023

Hours

The pools are open daily 11:00am to 6:00pm.

Spatcher Pool will be closed the entire day on which we have our fireworks display. This date is yet to be determined as of the printing of this brochure.

 July 4th - All pools close at 4:00pm.
