The City of Attleboro is seeking the services of a qualified Designer within the meaning of and in accordance with M.G.L. c.7C, §§ 44-57, to provide a complete Needs Assessment and Facility Feasibility Study, related to the Attleboro Council On Aging. This is a qualifications-based selection process. The fee is to be negotiated with the firm having the number one ranked proposal. The applicant shall submit one (1) original and eight (8) copies of the Non-Price Proposal and one (1) electronic copy via USB thumb drive in a sealed envelope marked as “RFQ for Design Services – Feasibility Study – Council On Aging – Non-Price Proposal” and address to “Jeremy Stull, Director of Budget & Administration, City of Attleboro, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703”, no later than 12:00 PM on June 27, 2022. The Non-Price Proposal shall include a completed Standard Designer Application Form for Municipalities and Public Agencies, which is included with this RFQ (see Attachment “A”). This form must be completed in its entirety and submitted with the applicant’s Non-Price Proposal.

| The fee is to be negotiated with the firm having the number one ranked proposal. The fee shall not exceed One-Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00). If an agreement cannot be reached with the first choice, the Awarding Authority may negotiate with the next highest ranked firm.
