The Attleboro Police Department is requesting quotes to supply & install Air Quality and A/C Improvements located in 911 Dispatch at the Attleboro Police Department, 12 Union Street in Attleboro, MA.  Work is expected to begin upon the “Notice to Proceed” by the Police Chief.  The project shall be completed by September 15, 2022.

The Contractor must have at least a minimum of ten years’ experience in the heating and air conditioning business. A minimum of five references within the last three years must be submitted with the quote. These references must include: Company name and address, contact person’s name and current phone number, what the project entailed, when it started and when it was completed.

Special Requirements:
A site visit is mandatory. Contact Sgt. Blackwell @ 508-223-2222 x2213 to schedule an appointment. Site visits are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. only. Site visit date/time to be noted on the Quote Form.
If the contract is greater than $25,000 then within ten (10) days of notification of contract awards, the successful Contractor will be required to submit a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount to be held in the City’s Purchasing Department until all work has been accepted by the City. This bond shall be renewable on a yearly basis if this contract is extended due to a contract extension provision. No performance bond is required.
