The City of Attleboro is requesting bids for the grinding and removal of the brush pile (compiled of branches, sticks, shrubs, small trees, etc.) and leaf pile, at the Attleboro Compost Center at 29 Pond Street North, Attleboro, MA. The Contractor will grind and remove all brush and leaves from the pile at the site. After the grinding, all brush and leaves from the pile shall be removed with all other areas to be left intact. Bids must include all labor, equipment, materials and mobilization. Mandatory Site Visit. Grinding to be completed by August 1, 2023 or a mutually agreed upon date.

The IFB is also available from Attleboro City Hall, Purchasing Office, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. Fill out the Plan Holders Form to view and download the bid documents to be added to the plan holders list and to get notified of any addendums.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT: The leaf and brush pile must be viewed in order to bid on the project.
The brush and leaf pile can be examined at the Attleboro Compost Center located at 29 Pond Street North, Attleboro, MA 02703, Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Contact Cheryl Perry at Ext 3253 to schedule an appointment. Proof of site visit required. Any company that did not review the site with a City of Attleboro, Health Department employee will not be allowed to bid.
