Bid envelopes must be sealed and addressed to: Attleboro City Hall, Attn: Carol Brown, Purchasing, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA. 02703. The outside of the envelope must say BID: WATER CHESTNUT REMOVAL 6-9-23, the name and address of the bidder, date and hour of the opening and the name of the item which is being bid upon.
